Epicsellr is not responsible for the shipping policy’s of our store owner’s. Furthermore our storeowner’s are obligated to clarify to customers when their order is processed and shipped. Accurate shipping information must be provided to customers such as tracking information carrier used etc. 

Epicsellr has the right to terminate any store owner’s account if they have received several complaints from there customers regarding  non received goods via shipping. if store owner’s do not comply with the promised shipping information to their customers their account can be terminated.
